Responsibilities
Implement Real Estate ERP software solutions at client locations
Understand client business processes and software requirements
Configure and customize ERP modules based on client needs
Provide technical and functional support to users
Conduct software training sessions for clients and internal teams
Assist clients during software deployment and onboarding
Perform system testing and identify implementation issues
Troubleshoot software-related problems and provide solutions
Coordinate with development and support teams for issue resolution
Generate reports and assist users in software operations
Maintain proper documentation of implementation activities
