Role & responsibilities
Manage the companys social media platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
Create and publish engaging posts, reels, stories, and promotional content.
Design social media creatives, graphics, banners, and internal branding materials.
Create and edit reels, short-form videos, project videos, and promotional videos.
Handle photography and videography for company projects, events, and activities.
Showcase project progress, site updates, completed projects, and behind-the-scenes content.
Plan and manage monthly social media content calendars.
Write engaging captions, social media copy, and brand-focused content.
Coordinate with internal teams to collect project photos, videos, and relevant information.
Maintain consistent branding and visual identity across all social media platforms.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends and content formats.
Track social media reach, engagement, and overall content performance.

Preferred candidate profile
12 years of relevant experience in Social Media Management, Content Creation, or Digital Marketing.
Strong skills in Graphic Designing and Video Editing.




Experience with Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, or similar tools.
Valuable knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
Strong understanding of reels, content creation, social media trends, and branding.
Valuable copywriting and communication skills.
Creative mindset with robust visual storytelling skills.
Ability to independently manage end-to-end social media activities.
No specific educational qualification is mandatory.
Portfolio or previous work samples in social media, graphic design, or video editing are preferred.
