We are looking for a highly skilled Golang Developer to build and scale high-performance microservices for enterprise-grade platforms. You will play a key role in designing robust backend systems, owning end-to-end delivery, and ensuring production reliability.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, deploy, and maintain scalable, high-performance microservices in production
Build and manage RESTful APIs and backend services
Take end-to-end ownership of complex technical projects from planning to execution
Analyze data, troubleshoot issues, and resolve production incidents efficiently
Develop and optimize enterprise-level ad tech platforms (or similar large-scale systems)
Conduct code reviews, ensure best practices, and manage technical debt
Handle release deployments and ensure system stability post-release
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/SCRUM setting
Must-Have Skills
6+ years of experience in backend development using Golang
Strong experience in microservices architecture and REST API development
Solid understanding of distributed systems and scalable architecture design
Expertise in writing efficient, optimized, and maintainable code
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex system challenges
Hands-on experience with message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.)
Ability to clearly articulate technical decisions and trade-offs
Solid communication skills (written and verbal)
Experience working in Agile/SCRUM environments
Adaptability to quickly learn and work with new technologies
Positive to Have
Experience with AWS / Cloud platforms
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Rancher
Experience with databases such as Cassandra, PostgreSQL, Couchbase, or other NoSQL systems
Education
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science or a related field
