Role Description The Senior Executive Talent Acquisition will manage end-to-end recruitment activities to support Loco Bear’s growth and staffing needs. This full-time, on-site role based in Surat involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates across operations, corporate, and specialized functions.

The person in this position will partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, build effective job descriptions, and maintain a solid talent pipeline. They will also coordinate interview processes, negotiate offers,



and ensure a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding. Additional responsibilities include maintaining recruitment dashboards, supporting employer branding initiatives, and collaborating with leadership to align hiring strategies with business goals.

Qualifications
Strong end-to-end Hiring and Recruiting skills, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
Effective Communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with candidates, hiring managers, and senior leadership.
Experience in Employer Branding, including promoting the organization as an employer of choice through online and offline channels.
Hands-on IT Recruitment exposure, with the ability to understand technical roles and match profiles to requirements.
Proven experience in talent acquisition or HR, preferably in high-growth, service or entertainment-oriented organizations.
Ability to work on-site in Surat, manage multiple requisitions, and prioritize in a quick-paced setting.
Familiarity with ATS or recruitment management systems and basic HR compliance practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced certifications in recruitment or HR are an advantage.
