Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage our brand presence across social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have experience in creating engaging content, planning campaigns, and driving organic growth for an IT services company.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and other platforms.
Create and manage content calendars.
Write engaging captions, posts, and promotional content.
Design and coordinate creatives with the design team.
Manage paid social media campaigns (Meta & LinkedIn Ads is a plus).
Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and build online communities.
Track performance metrics and prepare monthly reports.
Stay updated with social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
Coordinate with SEO, Content, and Marketing teams to support lead generation campaigns.

Requirements




2–4 years of experience in Social Media Management.
Experience handling social media for an IT company or digital agency preferred.
Solid copywriting and content planning skills.
Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, Canva, and scheduling tools.
Basic understanding of paid advertising and analytics.
Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
