About the Role

We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Social Media Manager to build and grow the digital presence of tutots, a premium baby care brand. The ideal candidate should be passionate about storytelling, content creation, influencer marketing, and social media trends, with the ability to drive engagement and brand awareness across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute the monthly social media content calendar.
Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors for creatives and reels.
Write compelling captions and ensure content aligns with the brand voice.
Manage daily posting, community engagement, comments, and DMs.
Identify and collaborate with influencers, parenting creators, and UGC creators.
Track social media trends and create timely, relevant content.
Monitor performance metrics and prepare monthly analytics reports.
Coordinate product launches and promotional campaigns on social media.
Work closely with the performance marketing team to amplify campaigns.




Assist in website content updates, blogs, and email marketing when required.

Requirements
Experience: 1 - 5 years in Social Media Management, preferably in D2C, FMCG, baby care, beauty, or lifestyle brands.
Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
Experience working with Canva, Meta Business Suite, and social media scheduling tools.
Understanding of influencer marketing and content marketing.
Basic knowledge of Meta Ads is an advantage.
Highly creative with an eye for aesthetics and branding.

Preferred Skills
Experience in D2C/e-commerce brands.
Familiarity with Shopify and marketplace brands.
Basic photo/video editing skills.
Knowledge of AI tools for content creation is a plus.
