Welcome and assist walk-in customers professionally.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Handle showroom operations and ensure an excellent customer experience.
Generate and convert sales leads to achieve monthly sales targets.
Prepare quotations and coordinate with the sales and design teams.
Maintain customer records, inquiries, and follow-up trackers.
Coordinate with clients regarding product availability, deliveries, and after-sales support.
Ensure the showroom is well-maintained and products are displayed attractively.
Attend customer calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and emails.
Support management with day-to-day administrative and showroom activities.
