Role & Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end daily operations of hotel departments including front office, housekeeping, F&B;, and guest services to ensure exceptional guest experience and service standards.
Lead and mentor department heads and team members; develop training programs and conduct performance reviews to drive accountability and service excellence.
Monitor revenue KPIs (RevPAR, ADR, Occupancy), manage budgets, and implement cost-control strategies without compromising guest satisfaction.
Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, security, and hospitality regulations while maintaining brand standards and audit preparedness.




Partner with marketing and sales teams to design promotional campaigns, manage group bookings, and optimize yield management strategies.
Resolve escalations, manage crisis situations, and act as the primary point of contact for VIP guests and corporate clients.
