Job Title: Senior HR Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior HR Executive to manage recruitment, HR operations, employee relations, and HR compliance while supporting the overall workforce requirements of the manufacturing plant.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end recruitment and manpower planning.
Coordinate with department heads to fulfill hiring requirements.
Manage onboarding, induction, confirmation, and exit formalities.
Oversee attendance, leave records, payroll inputs, and HR documentation.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and engagement activities.
Maintain HR MIS, employee records, and support HR audits.
Assist in performance management, training coordination, and other HR initiatives.

Requirements:
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related field.
3–7 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing industry.
Positive knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and statutory compliance.
Positive communication, coordination, and team management skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
