Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale IT/e-Governance projects.
Manage stakeholder expectations, project timelines, risks, and deliverables.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, security guidelines, and governance requirements.
Drive process improvements, technology enhancements, and operational excellence.
Coordinate with MoHFW, third-party auditors, and project stakeholders.
Lead and manage teams of 40+ members, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Required Skills & Experience
17+ years of IT Program/Project Management experience.
Experience managing at least 2 GOI/State Government/UT Government IT projects.
Proven experience handling large-scale IT/e-Governance projects.
Robust knowledge of SDLC, RDBMS, System Integration, BI Tools, Tableau, and GIS Integration.
Proficiency in MS Office and Project Management tools.
Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder, and client management skills
