Job Summary

Looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITSM Developer with 8+ years of hands-on expertise in designing, developing, configuring, and supporting ServiceNow ITSM solutions. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in ITSM modules, platform customization, integrations, workflow automation, and Agile delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow ITSM applications including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and Service Catalog.
Configure Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, and Flow Designer.
Develop and support integrations using REST, SOAP, Integration Hub, and MID Server.
Build and maintain Service Catalog items, Record Producers, Order Guides, and automated workflows.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Perform code reviews, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and platform optimization.
Support ServiceNow upgrades, releases, and implementation of best practices.




Work within Agile/Scrum teams and contribute to technical design and solution architecture discussions.

Required Skills
8+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
Solid expertise in ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, Service Catalog).
Hands-on experience with JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Service Portal.
Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and MID Server.
Positive understanding of CMDB, Discovery, and ServiceNow data model.
Knowledge of ITIL processes and Agile methodologies.

Certifications (Preferred)
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
ITIL Foundation Certification

Nice to Have
Experience with Performance Analytics, Virtual Agent, Service Mapping, and Employee Center.

Exposure to ServiceNow AI/GenAI capabilities and automation solutions. ",
