Preferably M.Tech in Structural Engineering or Geotechnical Engineering from a recognized institute.
Experience Requirements (Minimum 10 Years): The candidate should satisfy any one of the following:
At least 10 years of experience as a Design Expert (or above) in the relevant field, either in PMC/General Consultancy (GC) or similar consultancy, or in a Construction Agency;
OR
At least 10 years of experience in handling design works of Railway/Road/Highway/Metro projects as an Independent Consultant;
OR
At least 10 years of experience in handling design activities in a Design Office/CBE Office/RDSO within Indian Railways or Railway PSUs.
