Job Summary:

Gephels is looking for talented SEO Specialist The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of search engine algorithms, on-page and off-page optimization, keyword strategy, and technical SEO. You will be responsible for improving organic visibility, driving qualified traffic, and supporting overall SEO strategies for multiple websites.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Candidates will be involved in internal as well as client projects, so they will have excellent time management, organization and communication skills.
Understand client goals, create and execute strategies to exceed defined goals.
Have strong project management skills including demonstrated ability to think end-to-end, manage long-term projects and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Conduct thorough keyword research to identify prospects for growth.
Perform on-page optimization, including meta tags, header optimization, internal linking, and content recommendations.
Implement technical SEO best practices such as site audits,



crawl optimization, indexability improvements, and site speed enhancements.
Manage off-page activities including link-building strategies and outreach.
Track, analyze, and report SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to implement SEO changes.
Monitor search engine trends, algorithm updates, and best practices. Review competitors and identify gaps and recent ranking opportunities
Stay updated with the latest search engine algorithms, trends, and best practices.
Optimize website content for improved user experience and search engine visibility.
Prepare monthly SEO reports and KPI summaries for clients or internal teams.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per month
