Role Description The Social Media Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Recent Delhi, responsible for managing and growing Scentra Spain’s presence across social media platforms. Day-to-day tasks include planning and executing social media campaigns, creating and scheduling content, engaging with online communities, and monitoring brand mentions and messages.

The role involves analyzing performance metrics, optimizing content and posting strategies, and collaborating with design, marketing, and sales teams to align social media activities with brand and business objectives.

Manager will also stay current with social media trends, competitor activities, and platform updates to refine the brand’s digital voice and visibility.

Qualifications
Strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills, with experience managing brand accounts across major platforms.
Ability to develop and execute effective Content Strategy tailored to fashion and lifestyle audiences.
Proficiency in Digital Marketing fundamentals, including campaign planning, audience targeting, and performance analysis.
Excellent Communication skills for explicit messaging, community engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.
Experience with social media analytics tools and basic reporting to track KPIs and inform decisions.
Creative mindset with an eye for visual storytelling and alignment with fashion and footwear trends.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Prior experience in fashion, retail, or consumer brands is an advantage.
