Designation Software Engineer- .Net/ Senior Software Engineer- .Net

Purpose of the Role To design, develop, and maintain robust applications leveraging Microsoft .NET, SQL Server, ASP.NET MVC, JavaScript, and jQuery, while ensuring compliance with coding standards, timely delivery, and high performance.

Key Responsibilities Operational Responsibilities
Develop applications using the companys custom framework
Follow coding standards and best practices defined by the organization
Perform unit testing of developed modules
Maintain proper code check-ins and version control (e.g., SourceSafe)
Ensure quality and performance of deliverables
Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
Provide daily status updates on progress
Adhere to company standards, policies, and SOPs

Knowledge, Experience, Skills and Abilities 1.Education Qualification - Bachelors/ masters degree in computer science/IT or equivalent (or) MCA

2.Technical & Qualified Knowledge required

-Proficiency in Microsoft .NET technologies

-Strong experience in ASP.NET, C# (4.0 and above)

-Hands-on experience with ASP.NET MVC

-Robust understanding of OOP concepts

-Experience with JavaScript, jQuery,



AJAX

-Working knowledge of LINQ

-Strong SQL Server knowledge (2005 and above)

-Experience in web application development

-Unit testing and version control practices

3.Experience required

-Senior Software Engineer: 7+ years of experience

-Reporting tools (SSRS, Crystal Reports, Telerik)

-UI tools (Infragistics, Telerik)
