Talent Acquisition Partner (M4/M5) Credit -Bulk Hiring
This role will be responsible for driving credit hiring across Consumer, Commercial, SME, and WBG segments across India.
The incumbent will be expected to close 40 offers per month.
Location can be either Infinity or BKC office
We are looking for someone who has handled similar hiring volumes (40 hires/month), is highly proactive, agile, quick in execution, and result-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively and drive closures in a high volume setting.
Talent Acquisition Partner (M5) Wholesale Banking (WBG)
This role will manage hiring for the Wholesale Banking segment.
Expected to close 1820 offers per month, primarily across niche and mid-senior roles.
We are looking for someone who can effectively engage and manage senior stakeholders, has some experience in niche/specialized hiring.
Relevant Experience into Bulk, Core Recruitment for any Non IT/BFSI will be preferred
Immediate joiners with relevant experience will be preferred .
