Senior Quality Assurance Engineer (OpenText Unified Functional Test) We are seeking a QA Automation Engineer with strong expertise in OpenText UFT (Unified Functional Testing) to design, develop, and maintain automated test solutions for Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) applications. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in functional automation, Oracle Forms, and end-to-end ERP validation .

About

You – Experience, Education, Skills, and Accomplishments Minimum 4 years of experience in test automation. At least 2 years of hands-on experience with UFT automation.

Strong expertise in: UFT (VBScript-based automation) & Oracle Forms and web-based UI automation Solid understanding of SDLC and QA methodologies.

Experience with automation frameworks and reusable design patterns. It would be excellent if you also have Experience automating end-to-end ERP business processes (e.g., Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash). Exposure to data-driven and keyword-driven frameworks in UFT. Familiarity with modern automation tools such as Selenium WebDriver or Playwright.

What would you be doing in this role: Design, develop,



and execute automated test scripts using UFT for Oracle EBS and related applications. Build and maintain scalable, reusable automation frameworks and libraries. Automate testing for Oracle Forms, web-based EBS interfaces, and system integrations.

Collaborate with QA, Development, and Business teams to translate requirements into effective automation scenarios. Execute batch test runs, analyze results, and identify defects with explicit root cause analysis. Develop and maintain test data strategies to support complex EBS workflows and transactions.
