Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant – Tax Consultant to manage direct and indirect taxation, financial compliance, accounting operations, and advisory support. The candidate will ensure timely statutory compliance, accurate financial reporting, tax planning, and coordination with auditors and regulatory authorities.

Key ResponsibilitiesTaxation & Compliance
Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, Skilled Tax, and other statutory compliances.
Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns.
Ensure timely tax payments and reconciliations.
Manage tax assessments, notices, and departmental audits.
Monitor changes in tax laws and advise management accordingly.
Support tax planning and optimization initiatives.

Accounting & Financial Reporting
Maintain books of accounts and ensure accurate accounting entries.
Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and reconciliation statements.
Review ledgers, bank reconciliations, and month-end closing activities.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.

Audit & Advisory
Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors.




Provide financial and tax-related advisory support to management.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Team Coordination
Guide junior accountants and monitor daily accounting activities.
Coordinate with external consultants, banks, and government authorities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
CA / CMA / Inter CA preferred.
Solid knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and accounting principles.
Proficiency in Tally, ERP systems, and MS Excel.
Valuable analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle multiple deadlines and compliance schedules.

Preferred Experience
Experience in consultancy, manufacturing, trading, or service industries.
Exposure to tax audits and statutory audits.
Knowledge of financial planning and compliance management.
