Role Accountabilities

o Manage daily accounting transactions and ledger entries.

o Process payments and ensure timely disbursement to vendors.

o Maintain accurate records of invoices, receipts, and transactions.

o Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies.

o Monitor and update accounts payable and receivable.

o Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.

o Comply and file all applicable taxes such as TDS, GST, PF, PT, Gratuity, Etc.

o Support dispatch teams by ensuring accurate billing, documentation and payment tracking.

o Collaborate with auditors during financial audits.

o Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.

o Prepare and monitor expense reports.





o Track advances and employee reimbursements along with payroll processing.

o Follow up on mismatch of invoice details and follow up for pending invoices and payments.

o Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.

o Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules.

o Manage all job work inventory and update on excel and in our ERP.

o Support financial planning by providing transaction data.

o Ensure accurate stock maintenance and timely stock reports.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
