Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Quality Analyst (Manual & Automation) to lead our quality assurance initiatives and drive test strategy across multiple projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership capabilities, hands-on expertise in both manual and automation testing, and a passion for delivering high-quality software products.

Key Responsibilities:
Define and implement overall QA strategy, processes, and best practices.
Lead and mentor QA teams across manual and automation testing.
Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks and test suites.
Oversee test planning, execution, defect management, and release sign-offs.
Collaborate closely with Product, Development, and DevOps teams to ensure quality at every stage of SDLC/STLC.
Drive continuous improvement in QA processes, tools, and methodologies.
Ensure adequate test coverage (functional, regression, performance, security as applicable).
Track QA metrics and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.
Manage resource allocation, timelines, and delivery commitments.
Participate in requirement reviews and provide risk-based quality inputs.
Support CI/CD pipelines and integrate automated tests into build processes.

Required Skills & Experience




4+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
Solid hands-on experience in Manual Testing and Automation Testing.
Expertise in automation tools/frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, TestNG, JUnit, or similar.
Experience with API testing tools (Postman/RestAssured) and performance testing is a plus.
Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps, etc.).
Proficiency in test management and defect tracking tools (JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr, etc.).
Solid people management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to define QA roadmaps and align quality goals with business objectives.

Good to Have
Experience in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Exposure to BDD frameworks (Cucumber, SpecFlow).
Performance or security testing knowledge.
Domain experience in SaaS / Web / Mobile applications.
