AI Backend & Agentic AI Developer

About the Role

We're looking for a backend engineer with hands-on experience in LLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI. The ideal candidate should be able to build scalable backend systems while developing production-ready AI applications and autonomous workflows.

Key Responsibilities
Build scalable backend APIs, microservices, and databases.
Develop AI applications using LLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI frameworks.
Integrate AI models, vector databases, and third-party tools.
Optimize performance, security, scalability, and deployment.

Required Skills

Backend: Python/Node.js, FastAPI/Flask/Django or Express/NestJS, REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL, Redis, Docker,



CI/CD, Authentication, Async Programming.

AI: LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, LlamaIndex, OpenAI Agents SDK, Prompt Engineering, Function Calling, RAG, Multi-Agent Systems, Vector Databases (Pinecone, Qdrant, Chroma, pgvector), OpenAI/Gemini/Claude/Llama.

Preferred

AWS/Azure/GCP, Kubernetes, Kafka/RabbitMQ, MCP, LangSmith, OpenTelemetry.
