Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
Verify measurements and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues during execution.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Check material quality and monitor material usage at the site.
Coordinate with the procurement team for timely material availability.
Maintain site documentation, work records, and project reports.
Assist in quantity estimation, billing,



and BOQ verification.
Ensure proper implementation of quality control procedures.

Required Skills
Robust knowledge of civil construction methods and site execution.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and BOQs.
Knowledge of RCC, finishing works, structural works, and quality standards.
Positive understanding of safety practices on construction sites.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Office.
Solid communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
