Key Responsibilities:
Receive customers and understand vehicle service/repair requirements.
Inspect vehicles and prepare accurate job cards.
Explain required repairs, estimated cost, and delivery timelines to customers.
Coordinate with technicians for timely completion of service and repairs.
Provide customers with regular updates on vehicle service status.
Recommend necessary maintenance and value-added services.
Ensure quality checks before vehicle delivery.
Explain completed work and service bills during delivery.
Handle customer concerns and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Maintain service records and follow up with customers after service.
Requirements: ITI/Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering preferred. Positive communication, customer-handling, and basic technical knowledge of two-wheelers required. Freshers or experienced candidates can be considered. Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
