Qualification
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Job Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and clients.
Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and quality standards.
Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site records.
Monitor labour productivity and material consumption.
Coordinate survey activities using Total Station, Auto Level, and DGPS (preferred).
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Plan work schedules to meet project deadlines.
Report project progress to the Project Manager.
Required Skills
Valuable knowledge of civil construction.
Ability to read AutoCAD drawings.
Solid communication and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Willingness to travel and work at different project sites.
Valid driving licence is preferred.
Salary
₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience)
