Site Engineer (Civil)

Department: QC / Project Department

Experience: 3+ years in the relevant field

Qualifications:
B.Tech / M.Tech in Civil Engineering or a related field
Experience in construction chemicals and waterproofing systems
Robust technical and analytical skills
Ability to prepare technical reports and quantity estimates

Additional Requirements:
Willingness to travel to project sites
Valid two-wheeler driving license
Valuable communication and coordination skills

Key Duties & Responsibilities :
Conduct site inspections to identify water leakage, dampness, cracks, and structural defects.
Diagnose the root cause of water ingress and prepare technical inspection reports.
Recommend appropriate waterproofing systems based on site conditions.
Measure work areas and prepare quantity estimates.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and the project team.
Verify surface preparation before waterproofing application.
Inspect materials to ensure they meet project specifications and quality standards.
Monitor waterproofing application and ensure compliance with approved methods.
Conduct quality checks, adhesion tests, water ponding tests, and other required inspections.
Maintain daily inspection reports, photographs, and project documentation.




Ensure compliance with safety procedures and site regulations.
Identify defects during execution and recommend corrective actions.
Verify completion of work and prepare handover and warranty documentation.
Provide technical guidance to applicators and site supervisors.
Support the sales and estimation team during technical site visits when required.
Attend client meetings and explain technical findings and proposed solutions.
Monitor project progress and report delays, risks, and quality concerns to management.
Ensure work complies with relevant standards such as ASTM, IS, and project specifications where applicable.
Conduct post-completion inspections and follow-up visits to ensure long-term waterproofing performance.

Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of waterproofing materials and construction chemicals
Familiarity with ASTM, IS, and quality standards
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to work independently and manage multiple sites

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
