Qualifications • 10–12 years of experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, and infrastructure automation.
Robust hands-on expertise in Crossplane and Kubernetes-based infrastructure provisioning.
Advanced proficiency in Ansible for large-scale automation and configuration management.
Deep experience in GitHub Actions (or similar CI/CD tools) for building enterprise-grade pipelines.
Solid knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles and tools.
Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) and cloud-native architecture.
Solid understanding of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, or similar).
Solid experience in cloud security, compliance, and DevOps best practices.
Proven ability to lead initiatives, mentor engineers, and influence technical decisions.




You will explore the alternatives to the recommended solutions based on research that includes literature surveys, information available in public domains, vendor evaluation information, etc. and build POCs • You will create requirement specifications from the business needs, define the to-be-processes and detailed functional designs based on requirements.
You will support configuring solution requirements on the products; understand if any issues, diagnose the root-cause of such issues, seek clarifications, and then identify and shortlist solution alternatives • You will also contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high quality value adding solutions to customers.
