B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated Site Engineer – Civil to oversee day-to-day construction activities, ensure quality execution, monitor project progress, and coordinate with clients, contractors, and project teams to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor daily civil construction activities at the project site.
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Verify measurements and maintain site records, DPRs, and work logs.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company HSE policies.
Coordinate material planning, procurement, and site logistics.
Inspect construction quality and resolve site-related technical issues.




Review BOQs, drawings, and specifications before execution.
Assist in billing, quantity verification, and project documentation.

Required Skills
Robust knowledge of RCC, structural, and finishing works.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office (Excel, Word).
Valuable knowledge of project execution, quality control, and site coordination.
Solid communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
