Sr. Marketing Executive / Marketing Specialist

Experience: 6 Months+

Education: Bachelor's Degree (Graduation) – Mandatory

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:-
Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns.
Generate quality leads and improve campaign performance.
Manage Social Media, SEO, and Performance Marketing.
Coordinate with marketing agencies and external stakeholders.
Monitor campaign performance, Cost Per Lead (CPL), ROI, and other KPIs.
Handle monthly and yearly marketing budgets.
Collaborate with the Sales team to improve lead conversion.
Use AI tools for creative development, market research, and data analysis.

Mandatory Requirements (Please Do Not Apply If You Do Not Meet These)
Bachelor's Degree (Graduation).
Fluent English communication (Verbal & Written).
Hands-on experience in running marketing campaigns independently.




Proven experience in Lead Generation with measurable results.
Solid understanding of Cost Per Lead (CPL), ROI, and campaign performance.
D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) marketing experience is mandatory.
Experience managing Social Media, SEO, and Performance Marketing.
Experience coordinating with marketing agencies.
Experience handling monthly and yearly marketing budgets.
Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel, Canva, and AI tools.

Preferred Background: B2C / D2C Brand or Marketing Agency. Only candidates who meet all the mandatory requirements should apply.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹48,000.00 per month
