Job Summary

IndiaDialing is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, branding, typography, and social media creatives. You will create engaging visuals for digital marketing campaigns, social media, websites, advertisements, and branding projects.

Responsibilities
Design high-quality social media posts, banners, and advertisements.
Create Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube creatives.
Design brochures, flyers, business cards, posters, and marketing materials.
Develop creative concepts based on client requirements.
Create visually appealing layouts with robust typography and color combinations.
Edit and manipulate images professionally.
Work closely with the marketing and content teams.
Maintain brand consistency across all designs.
Deliver projects within deadlines while maintaining quality.
Stay updated with the latest design trends and AI-powered design tools.

Requirements
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator,



and CorelDRAW.
Experience with Canva and basic video editing is a plus.
Knowledge of Figma is an advantage.
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and branding.
Creativity with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Positive communication and teamwork skills.
Portfolio showcasing previous work is mandatory.

Preferred Skills
Experience designing for digital marketing agencies.
Knowledge of AI design tools (Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT, etc.).
Basic knowledge of motion graphics or Adobe After Effects.
Understanding of social media trends and content formats.
