We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor with 5–8 years of experience in real estate or construction projects.
The candidate will be responsible for BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, cost estimation, budgeting, billing, tender evaluation, subcontractor management, and cost control.
The role requires robust knowledge of construction drawings, contract management, and project cost analysis to ensure projects are delivered within budget, on time, and to the required quality standards.
Proficiency in Excel, AutoCAD, and Quantity Surveying software is essential.
