KVR Maruti Suzuki Arena is looking for a customer-focused and energetic Service Advisor to join our team at our Athanikkal, Calicut branch.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.
Prepare job cards and explain service recommendations.
Coordinate with workshop technicians to ensure timely vehicle delivery.
Keep customers updated on service progress.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the service process.
Ensure accurate documentation and billing coordination.




Follow up with customers after vehicle delivery to ensure satisfaction.

Eligibility
Diploma / B-Tech in Automobile, Mechanical, or any relevant discipline.
Prior experience as a Service Advisor in an automobile dealership is preferred.
Freshers with valuable communication skills and a solid interest in the automobile industry may also apply.
Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Valid LMV Driving Licence is mandatory.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
