Job Summary:

The Soft Skills Trainer will be responsible for enhancing students’ communication abilities, qualified demeanor, and overall personality development, in line with the University’s focus on holistic education, life skills, and employability enhancement.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess students’ baseline communication and behavioral competencies and track progress through structured evaluations.

Customize training content based on discipline, year of study, and target industry requirements.

Deliver training in Verbal and Written Communication, Skilled Communication, and Workplace Etiquette.

Mentor students on professional ethics, workplace adaptability, teamwork, and emotional intelligence.

Conduct sessions on Presentation Skills, Public Speaking, and Confidence Building.

Train students in Resume Writing, CV Screening, Interview Skills, and professional self-presentation.

Facilitate Group Discussions, mock interviews, role plays, and experiential learning activities.

Design and implement personality development and interpersonal skills modules.

Provide individualized feedback to help students improve articulation,



body language, and qualified conduct.

Collaborate with academic and placement teams to ensure alignment between soft skills training and campus recruitment requirements.

Maintain training records, feedback reports, and outcome documentation for internal review and accreditation purposes.

Qualifications & Experience:

Excellent command over spoken and written communication.

Demonstrated experience in soft skills training, GD facilitation, interview preparation, and CV evaluation.

Strong facilitation and student engagement skills.

Ability to work with learners from diverse socio-cultural and academic backgrounds.

Master’s Degree in English, Communication, Psychology, Education, Management, or Human Resource Development.

Certification in Soft Skills Training, Communication Skills, Behavioral Training, NLP, Corporate Training, or Life Skills Development. (preferred)

Experience in training, HR, corporate learning & development, or higher education is desirable. (preferred)
