Job Title: Senior Executive / Specialist

Collections

Department: Collections

/ After Sales

Key Responsibilities:
Follow up with developers for outstanding payments

and collections.
Maintain collection reports, projections, and

payment records.
Coordinate with developers for invoice

confirmations and resolve invoice-related issues.
Track and manage invoice rejections and ensure

timely resolution.
Maintain TAT masters, SPOC details,



and other

process-related records.
Reconcile developer ledgers and resolve settlement

discrepancies.
Follow up for payment advices and on-account

settlements.
Coordinate with internal teams and developers for

source conflict resolution.
Prepare MIS reports, status updates, and escalation

summaries for management.
Build and maintain solid relationships with

developers and internal stakeholders.
Ensure process compliance, data accuracy, and

timely communication.

Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in Collections, Accounts

Receivable, and Billing.
Good communication and follow-up skills.
Solid knowledge of Excel and MIS reporting.
Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders

and manage escalations.
Experience in Banking and Insurance industry will

be preferred.
