Key Responsibilities
Deliver structured training sessions on communication, interpersonal effectiveness, leadership, teamwork, and time management.
Conduct workshops on resume writing, group discussions, and personal interview preparation.
Design interactive, experiential, and learner-centric training modules.
Collaborate with academic and placement teams to identify training needs and tailor content accordingly.
Support curriculum development and continuously improve employability training frameworks.
Track student progress and provide detailed feedback for individual career planning.
Coach students on confidence building, skilled behavior, and corporate communication.
Use digital tools and role-play simulations to enhance training engagement.
Organize and participate in placement bootcamps, industry talks, and mock interviews.
Provide one-on-one mentoring and grooming to students as part of career readiness initiatives.
