Position: Soft Skills Trainer

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct training sessions on communication, personality development, teamwork, leadership, and interview skills.
Develop and deliver engaging training modules and activities.
Assess trainees' performance and provide constructive feedback.
Organize workshops, seminars, and placement readiness programs.
Mentor students to improve confidence and qualified behavior.
Coordinate with departments for training schedules and requirements.
Maintain training records, attendance, and progress reports.

Qualification:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in any discipline (MBA/English/Psychology preferred).
Relevant experience in soft skills or corporate training.

Skills:
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Robust interpersonal and motivational abilities.
Valuable organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and online training tools.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
