Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Draughtsman to prepare accurate and detailed architectural drawings for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. The ideal candidate should have strong technical drafting skills, excellent knowledge of construction standards, and the ability to coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed architectural working drawings and construction drawings.
Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed layouts.
Prepare GFC (Good for Construction) drawings.
Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP consultants, and site teams.
Revise drawings based on client and management feedback.
Ensure drawings comply with local building by-laws and regulations.
Review junior draughtsmen's work for accuracy and quality.
Maintain drawing records, revisions, and documentation.
Support project execution by providing timely drawing updates.
Ensure all drawings meet company quality standards and project timelines.
Required Skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD (Mandatory).
Knowledge of Revit will be an added advantage.
Solid understanding of architectural detailing and construction methods.
Ability to interpret design concepts into technical drawings.
Good coordination and communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and time management.
Qualifications
Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
4–8 years of experience as an Architectural Draughtsman/Senior Draughtsman.
Experience in the Real Estate or Construction Industry is preferred.
