Job Summary

Tech Robotics Automation & Solutions is looking for an experienced Service Engineer to handle installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, breakdown support, and customer service for industrial robotic automation systems.

Key Responsibilities
Attend service calls and provide on-site technical support.
Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) activities for industrial robots.
Install, commission, and prove out robotic systems at customer sites.
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and robotic system issues.
Conduct customer training on robot operation and basic maintenance.
Prepare service reports and maintain proper documentation.
Coordinate with customers to understand technical requirements and provide effective solutions.
Ensure timely completion of assigned service activities.




Travel to customer locations across India whenever required.

Qualification
Diploma/ ITI/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics, Robotics, or a related engineering discipline.

Experience
2–8 years of experience in Industrial Robotics, Automation, or Robotic OEM service.
Experience with ABB, FANUC, Yaskawa, KUKA, Kawasaki, or similar industrial robots is preferred.

Required Skills
Knowledge of robotic automation, robot programming, and troubleshooting.
Understanding of PLCs, control systems, electrical circuits, sensors, servo drives, and industrial automation.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Self-motivated, able to work independently, and willing to travel.

Location: Bhiwadi, Rajasthan Salary: As per experience and company standards.
