– HR Executive (Talent Acquisition & HR Operations) Position: HR Executive Key Responsibilities Source, screen, and recruit candidates across junior, mid-level, and senior positions using AI-powered recruitment tools, ATS platforms, job portals, social media, and professional networks. Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring timely closures. Conduct initial interviews, candidate assessments, and coordinate hiring processes with stakeholders.

Negotiate compensation packages and employment terms with candidates at all levels while aligning with company budgets and hiring objectives. Maintain and optimize ATS databases, recruitment metrics, and candidate pipelines. Support HR administration, employee documentation, onboarding, records management, and HR compliance.

Build and maintain robust candidate relationships to enhance employer branding and candidate experience.





Key Requirements Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. Proficiency in AI-based sourcing tools, ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job portals. Solid salary negotiation and stakeholder management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong administrative, organizational, and multitasking abilities. Ability to work independently, manage multiple vacancies, and meet hiring deadlines.
