Service Engineer

Position: Service Engineer

Experience: 2–5 Years

Key Responsibilities
Install,commission, and service radiology equipment at customer sites.
Perform preventive maintenance and attend breakdown calls to ensure maximum equipment uptime.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, providing timely and effective resolutions.
Deliver technical support and basic operational training to customers when required.
Coordinate with internal teams for service planning, spare parts, and technical escalations.
Maintain accurate service reports, installation records, and other service-related documentation.
Ensure adherence to company service standards and safety protocols.
Build and maintain robust customer relationships by delivering prompt and quality service.
Travel extensively within the assigned territory to support customer requirements.

Candidate Requirements
Experience:




Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in servicing radiology equipment (experience with any radiology equipment brand is acceptable), or
3+ years of experience in servicing critical care equipment, with a willingness to transition into radiology equipment.
Robust technical troubleshooting and fault diagnosis skills.
Valuable communication and customer relationship management skills.
Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned region.

Educational Qualification (Mandatory)
Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Biomedical Engineering, or
B.Tech./B.E. in Electrical, Electronics, or Biomedical Engineering, or
B.Sc. in Electrical, Electronics, or Biomedical-related disciplines.
