Responsibilities (Automobile Industry) with 2 to 5 years of experience.
Manage recruitment and onboarding.
Handle employee relations and grievance resolution.
Support industrial relations and labor law compliance.
Monitor attendance, leave, and shift management.
Coordinate payroll inputs and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity).
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Assist in performance appraisal and employee development.
Organize training and employee engagement activities.
Ensure workplace discipline, safety, and welfare.
Prepare HR reports (headcount, attrition, attendance, and manpower).
