Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
Draft and post job advertisements on job portals and social media.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Conduct reference checks and salary negotiations.
Ensure timely closure of open positions.

Employee Onboarding & Induction
Manage joining formalities and documentation.
Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.
Prepare employee files and maintain records.
Coordinate onboarding activities with different departments.

HR Operations
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, experience letters, and relieving letters.
Handle attendance, leave management, and employee documentation.
Support payroll by providing accurate employee information.

Employee Engagement




Organize employee engagement activities, celebrations, and team-building events.
Conduct employee feedback sessions.
Promote a healthy and positive work culture.
Assist in resolving employee concerns professionally.

Performance Management
Coordinate probation reviews and confirmations.
Assist in appraisal processes.
Maintain employee performance records.
Follow up with department heads regarding employee performance.

HR Compliance
Ensure compliance with company policies.
Maintain statutory HR records.
Assist in audits and HR documentation.
Keep HR policies updated.

Pay: ₹15,197.43 - ₹40,195.36 per month
