Spectral Consultants is hiring for Production Management Consultant (10+ Years) Role: Responsible for managing and supporting enterprise applications in the production workplace, ensuring high availability, quick incident resolution, smooth deployments, and overall system stability.
Key Responsibilities
Manage production support, incidents, and problem resolution.
Monitor application performance and maintain SLA compliance.
Handle deployments, upgrades, disaster recovery, and maintenance.
Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams.
Drive process improvements and ensure audit/security compliance.
Mentor team members and provide technical guidance.
Required Skills
10+ years of Production/Application Support experience.
Solid experience in Java, Spring Boot, React.
Hands-on with Azure, Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD.
Experience with Oracle/MS SQL Server, NoSQL, Docker, Kubernetes.
Knowledge of DevSecOps, Microservices, and Cloud technologies.
Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
