Monitor inventory, food costs, and minimize wastage. Maintain compliance with food safety and SOPs. Coordinate with the café team for smooth service and guest satisfaction.
Requirements: 3–5+ years of experience in a Head Chef or Sous Chef role. Robust leadership and team management skills. Knowledge of continental, café, and brunch cuisine. Ability to work in a quick-paced workplace. Passion for quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
