Job Responsibilities
Installation, commissioning and demonstration of IVD diagnostic instruments at customer sites.
Attend customer breakdown calls and ensure timely resolution.
Perform preventive maintenance (PM), calibration and validation of instruments.
Troubleshoot and repair hematology, biochemistry, electrolyte and immunoassay analyzers.
Coordinate with customers for AMC/service contract renewals.
Maintain service reports, installation reports and documentation.
Coordinate spare parts requirement and inventory for timely service closure.
Provide application/basic operational training to laboratory users after installation.
Support sales team during product demonstrations whenever required.
Follow up on pending service calls, AMC renewals and payment collections.
Candidate Profile
Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Biomedical, Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation or related field.
2–6 years of experience as a Service Engineer in the IVD/Medical Diagnostics industry.
Hands-on experience in installation, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of diagnostic analyzers.
Experience with Hematology, Biochemistry, Electrolyte, Immunoassay or Urine Analyzers is mandatory.
Valuable communication and customer handling skills.
Willingness to travel across Delhi NCR.
