Manage day-to-day operations and preventive maintenance of Solar PV plants to maximize plant performance and energy generation.
Monitor plant performance, analyze operational data, identify performance gaps, and implement corrective actions.
Coordinate maintenance activities, inspections, equipment servicing, and breakdown resolution with internal teams and vendors.
Develop and implement SOPs while ensuring compliance with operational, quality, and maintenance standards.
Manage vendor performance, service quality, billing, training, and periodic performance reviews.
Oversee customer-related commercial activities, including payment follow-ups, Bank Guarantees, Joint Meter Readings (JMR), and Deemed Generation inputs.
Prepare and maintain operational dashboards, preventive/corrective maintenance reports, and stakeholder communications.
Ensure compliance with HSE, ESG, statutory regulations, and safety standards through regular inspections, risk assessments, and secure work practices.
Drive continuous improvement by adopting industry best practices and recent technologies to enhance plant reliability and operational efficiency.
