About the Role :
An Operations Analyst who works closely with clients to understand their operational requirements, analyze business processes, provide data-driven insights, and ensure smooth service delivery. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, resolving operational issues, and maintaining robust client relationships to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Understand client requirements and translate them into operational solutions.
Analyze operational data and prepare performance reports.
Provide operational support and coordinate with US clients across different time zones, including early morning and late-night working hours.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve client concerns.
Coordinate with internal team and leads for trial service.
Support onboarding and implementation of current clients.
