Shift: Night Shift (US EST)
What We're Looking For
4–8+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment (IT and Non IT Requirements)
Hands-on experience with MSP, Direct Clients, and VMS
Strong sourcing expertise using Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter , and other job portals
Experience sourcing, screening, and submitting candidates for US-based clients
Good understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Willingness to work US shift hours from our Noida office
