Implement and maintain QMS as per IATF 16949 requirements.
Assist Management Representative (MR) in audit preparation and compliance activities.
Handle documentation, records, and control of QMS processes.
Coordinate and support third-party audits, customer audits, and internal audits.
Prepare audit reports, NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), and ensure timely closure.
Conduct internal audits and ensure effectiveness of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
Monitor process compliance in production, especially springs manufacturing processes.
Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality policies.
Support continuous improvement activities within the organization.
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 , ISO 45001 and IAFT 16949 management systems.

Required Skills
Positive knowledge of IATF 16949,



ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 , standards.
Understanding of internal and external audit processes.
Solid documentation and analytical skills.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Knowledge of quality tools such as 7 QC Tools, CAPA, and Root Cause Analysis.
Ability to prepare and maintain quality records and reports.
Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Experience in Automobile manufacturing industry preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹1,929,779.95 per month
