Role & responsibilities
Lead design team and ensure every project meets the company's design standards, client expectations and project timelines.
Should act as a bridge between design and execution team
3)Should lead and mentor the design team and assign projects based on their expertise and workload.
Meet the clients to understand project requirements and have to present design concepts, layouts and get the material selections done for them
5)Address client feedback and ensure timely design revisions and simultaneously build robust relationships with the client.
Review and approve space planning, layouts, elevations and 3D concepts
Coordinate with the sales and execution team so that design deliverables are completed as per the project schedule.
Prepare timeline for the design and execution with the concerned team and submit it to the client and get their approval and make sure the work flow goes according to the given timeline. Make sure client is updated if there any delays in the timeline.
Conduct regular coordination meetings with the internal teams.
Ensure timely preparation of presentations, mood boards, working drawings, BOQs and design revisions.
Maintain proper project documentation and design records

should have robust leadership and team management.
Excellent design visualization and space planning skills
Solid knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture , lighting and ergonomics
Excellent communication and presentation skills along with problem solving and decision making abilities.
