We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Social Media Strategist to lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of high-impact social media campaigns. This role will focus on leveraging platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. You will work closely with senior management and collaborate with the UK team to develop creative strategies, manage campaign budgets, and deliver measurable outcomes.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong data-driven approach, continuously analysing performance metrics to refine channel mix, enhance content effectiveness, and maximise ROI.

Essential Skill

Requirements 2+ years relevant professional experience in social strategy and social media planning & buying In-depth understanding of the latest global social media principles, planning and buying strategies Robust knowledge of media research, trafficking, reporting, techniques and technologies Ability to juggle multiple priorities and excel in a lean work environment Ability to write creative briefs, manage a team and work with tight deadlines Self-motivated and comfortable working independently Roles &





Responsibilities Your focus will be on social media planning, buying, optimisation, and performance analysis to help determine the optimal channel mix for evergreen and limited-duration brand awareness and lead generation campaigns. Establish and implement best practice on-time and on-budget campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn & other platforms matching marketing /business objectives & KPIs Working with senior management to produce impactful and cost-effective social media plans Developing test and learn scenarios to continue to innovate and expand media mix Managing budgets and timelines for media programs; preparing forecasts Monitoring and analysing key social media metrics Robust experience in content planning and monthly content calendar creation Advanced experience with Meta Ads Manager including campaign structuring and scaling Proficiency in tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Hootsuite Collaborate with UK team to create and manage marketing deliverables for client accounts Skills: media planning,instagram,facebook,lead generation,social media,brand awareness,campaigns
